Minor character
I would have to say Reba played a large minor roll in this novel. Throughout the book i didn't really like her at all. In the earlier part of the book she was hypocritical. She bad mouthed william blott on TV, and exposed his personal life after he died. Also she burnt all of his belongings up, and if that wasn't disrespectful enough to do to someone who just passed; she had kids break in to the cemetary and deface his headstone. At the end of the book I guess she learned to forgive, and be kind to the people she loved. Finch saw her cleaning william Blotts grave stone. That was symbolizm that she had noticed that she was wrong and was making up for it.
My Dash
My dash would would Be my family. If they weren't like they are I wouldn't be either. I have never met anyone that is quite like my mom or my dad. They are both characters. Just environment i have grown up in, and around with my family is what has shaped me to be the way i am now. The reason they are my dash is because, if i never had them around when i was growing up i wouldn't have been the same person, So my dash without them would represent a different life.
Taking Stock of My work
I am satisfied with my paper. I put alot into it, and i had alot of people proof read and give minor suggestions. I think i did pretty well with the detial in the essay; anymore would have been too much. I started the idea process for this essay by writting out a really long version by hand. From that i read and highlighted what i liked and thought i could use. After that i typed it up into the rough draft. From there i kept proof reading it to see what i could change and i also had about 4 friends read it and correct anything i missed. Finally i took all the suggestions and correction that were made and combine them into one final copy of the story.

A Gracious Plenty
Everyone I have ever met says don't judge a book by its cover. For some unexplained reason I always do. After looking at the cover and reading the back of A Gracious Plenty the first thing I could think of was "am I going to be reading the book version of The Sixth Sense?". Hopefully my judgements were wrong and the book will turn out to be interesting, and just maybe i'll enjoy reading for a change. After all, how could a book about a little burned girl talking to dead people not be an instant classic?
